With storm season upon us we understand the stress and chaos that has greatly impacted all our families. With potential damage from storm events to come we want to ensure you that we can assist you and your family with the additional stress by continuing to offer exceptional services with our new processes. Understanding that in these new times where we as a community have “Shelter In Place” orders along with “Quarantine” protocols, we’ve implemented a new transaction and construction capability ensuring the safety of you and your family along with the safety of our crews through a “No Physical Contact” process.
Below are some of the new processes we have implemented to safeguard your family and our team through this process.
- New digital technical documentation (i.e. product brochures, etc.)
- New digital sample sheets
- New digital estimates
- New digital contract
- Usage of video conferencing with our clients via Skype, Facebook, Facetime, etc,
- Our associates are working from home and mobile with stringent guidelines of “No Contact” to aide in reduction of contagion spread.
- Physical Property Inspections conducted while maintaining “No Contact” procedure.
